As an FSM Project Manager, you will take ownership of FSM projects from initiation through to delivery. Working with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You will be pivotal in managing risks, budgets, and resources, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and project success.

What you can expect from the role: 

• Lead the full lifecycle of FSM projects from scoping, planning, execution to closure.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and communication throughout.
  
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource plans, and budgets.
• Oversee and coordinate the work of functional and technical teams.
• Monitor project performance, proactively manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate project workshops, steering committee meetings, and status updates.
• Ensure projects meet all business, technical, and compliance requirements.
• Support change management initiatives and user adoption strategies.

What we will look for in your CV:

• Proven experience managing FSM implementations.
• Strong understanding of field service operations and related business processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including working with senior executives.
• Skilled in project management methodologies.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage project financials.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
• Project Management certifications (Prince2, PMP, AgilePM, etc.) would be beneficial.
• Experience managing IFS FSM or other FSM platforms (Oracle, SAP, ServiceMax, Salesforce Field Service, etc.).
• Familiarity with IFS Cloud or broader ERP environments.
