Travel to customer or company branch office service related job according to service appointment managed from service planner/manager.
Be capable to analyze problems and develops solution, can understand, response and feedback customer request correctly.
Conduct product installation, testing, delivery and training, trouble shooting independently.
Ability and willing to work in adverse setting and climatic conditions.
Should possess ability to interpret technical issues through the non-technical description provided by their customer.
Be able to delivery a customer technical training session.
Ability to communicate fluently with the customers and his colleagues. A field engineer needs service for customer by phone of face to face. And shall report the unsolved issues to service back-office.
Other assignments arranged by service Manager.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's or associates degree in mechanical or electrical or electronic.
Good at communication, positive and strong doing competence.
Basics knowledge of MS office and computer skills are required.
Familiar with PLC and PC controlling logic.
English language skill—writing and reading is mandatory, listening and speaking is a plus.
Open minded, embrace changes and training skills is preferred.
Industrial machinery service experience, wood machinery is a plus.
