Job Title:              Field Service Engineer (W2 Only)

Location:              San Diego CA 92113

Duration:             12+ months (With possible extension)

In need of a Field Service Engineer that has at least 5 years of experience. It is critical that candidates have experience with Ovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support for DCS/PLC systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues.
• Work with teams in water/wastewater treatment or power plant environments.
• Ensure successful installation, configuration, and maintenance of control systems, primarily Emerson Ovation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Equivalent field experience may be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role.
• Must have direct experience with Emerson Ovation Control Systems.
• Solid understanding of computer networking, assembly, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with the water/wastewater or power plant industries.
