Your role and responsibilities

ABB Process Automation Measurement & Analytics offers advanced measurement and analysis solu-tions for industrial process automation, including precise measurement instruments and gas and water analysis systems. These technologies enhance the efficiency, safety, and environmental compliance of industries.

Mission and Main Activities:

• Ensure the maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of ABB analyzers and analytical solutions, rigorously following logical and methodological processes.
• Control analysis systems in the workshop in collaboration with project managers, and interpret measurement and control results.
• Provide technical support to clients and the department's sales team, and perform installation checks, adjustments, and tests to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in the department's global missions, including on-call duties, and handle necessary administrative tasks and reporting.
  
  

Qualifications for the role

• At least 3 years of experience in the industry, preferably in a mobile role and in customer ser-vice, with frequent travel within France and abroad.
• Bachelor's degree (Bac +2/3) in physical measurement, instrumentation, regulation (infrared analysis option), with a good level of technical English for communication with factories.
• Autonomy, customer service orientation, organization, rigor, teamwork and collaboration, inter-cultural sensitivity and effectiveness, customer and market orientation.
• Proficiency in computer tools (Windows environment) and a valid driver's license, with current H2VB2V BR electrical certifications.
