Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Service Area Manager, responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of Werfen-marketed instruments in the area of Seoul, Kyeonggi, Kangwon, Incheon, Jeju Area.

Key Accountabilities

• Installation of instruments at the customer site
• Preventive maintenance of equipment
• After service to customers
• Instructing customers in the proper operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of systems.
• Technical support to customers by phone when needed
• Keeping up to date with all corporate service information and updates
• Inspection of received equipment
• Compliance with all related regulatory requirements.
• Service parts stock control
• Maintenance of service statistics in SAP
• Preparation of service reports
• Coordination with HelpLine, marketing and sales departments
• Provision of feedback related to customers to the rest of the company departments

To be determined based on department needs, to include interactions such as:

• Hemostasis & Transfusion Team

• AID Team
• QARA Team

Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:

• Education: Electrical and Electronic Engineering
• Experience:
• More than 3 years of repair experience in diagnostic instruments.
• More than 3 years of relationship with customers & distributors

Additional Skills/Knowledge:

• Driver's license
• Language: Able to speak English.
