Job Summary
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients' equipment and machinery. You will work closely with our customers to diagnose and resolve issues, ensuring their operations run smoothly. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with excellent customer service skills to deliver exceptional field support.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of equipment and machinery at customer sites
Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to identify and address potential issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate service activities and ensure timely resolution of customer requests
Provide technical guidance and training to customers on the proper use and care of their equipment
Document all service activities and maintain detailed records
Assist with the implementation of new equipment and technologies at customer locations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Technology, or a related field
5+ years of experience as a Field Service Engineer or Technician, specifically for CNC Machines
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical schematics, manuals, and specifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively liaise with clients
Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed (60%)
Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle

Competitive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 per year
