Role Description

We are looking to add to our growing service team. This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Service Engineer located in Elk Grove Village, IL. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support, performing preventive maintenance, on-site machine installation and repair and delivering outstanding customer service on a day-to-day basis.

• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 35-40% travel
