At PAC LP, we're on the lookout for a proactive and organized Field Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the EMEA region!

If you're passionate about chemistry, thrive in a fast-paced technical environment, and love coordinating people and processes — this might be the perfect next step for you.

🔍 What you’ll do

• Plan and schedule daily service activities
• Drive process improvements and cross-functional communication
• Coordinate escalations and high-level service contracts
• Track KPIs, P&L, and support training logistics
• Occasionally step in to support field service work and customer visits

🎓 What we’re looking for

• A degree in Chemistry
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong coordination, organizational, and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Dutch
• Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 15%)

You'll be working on cutting-edge GC and Elemental products across exciting industries like petrochemical, biofuels, marine, and more — all while helping us keep our customers happy and operations running smoothly.
