JOB OVERVIEW The Field Service Technician Coordinator will be responsible for installation of enclosures, troubleshooting issues, and making repairs on site. Robinson Inc. is committed to serving both customers and employees in the best way possible. ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES Manage all responsibilities and represent Robinson as main point of contact on site. Lead and provide direction to field service team. Manage and report weekly time logs. Organize and execute daily site activities. Communicate daily tasks and progress to the Robinson team and client. Create and maintain a safe work environment while following all worksite and Robinson safety procedures. Perform on-site installation of enclosures and components. Trouble shoot problems and determine proper solutions. Operate company vehicles and equipment in a safe manner. Build positive relationships with customers and other companies on-site. Inspect the work being completed and maintain the build schedule. QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Experience: Three years of experience in a leadership role or a minimum of two years in a management position with field service technician experience preferred. OSHA training (can be provided upon hire) and blueprint reading required. Ability to work 8 – 12 hours/day in outside elements while performing construction assemble and travel for extended periods of time. Robinson, Inc. will provide additional training upon hire, including but not limited to Aerial/Boom/Scissor lift operation, fall protection, forklift operation, ladder safety, and crane/rigging. Proficiency in using power tools and general hand tools for equipment installation and enclosure assembly is required. Maintain a positive attitude and work effectively within a team environment alongside other trades. Demonstrate strong time-management skills and adhere to strict schedules. Exhibit excellent communication skills with on-site colleagues, other trades, and production/project management at the shop. Collaborate effectively with team members and deliver exceptional customer service.
