About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you'll play a vital part in connecting our customers with essential electrical services. As the primary point of contact, you'll coordinate service installations, upgrades, and maintenance projects to ensure smooth operations from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary liaison between customers, contractors, and internal teams to manage service requests.
• Coordinate new installations, upgrades, relocations, and conversions for residential and occasional commercial projects.
• Manage customer intake calls, assess service needs, and guide clients through the process.
• Ensure all project requirements are understood, communicated, and executed effectively.
What We're Looking For:
• Customer-Focused Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within industries like plumbing, roofing, utilities, or construction.
• Project Coordination Skills: Strong organizational abilities with experience in scheduling, prioritizing, and managing tasks.
• Basic Electrical Knowledge: Understanding of electrical concepts (or a willingness to learn through training).
