Planner Coordinator:

Expert knowledge of the requirements to properly plan and deliver complex scenarios. Mentor and lead a group of Planners and Schedulers. Monitor KPI and direct team accordingly. Order Management, Customers, FSRs, Field Services Operations Director, Technical Support, Supply chain, Finance.

Associate degree and/or equivalent experience (1-2 years experience)

Knowledge of Schneider Field Service Business preferred

Expertise in MS Office Applications

Excellent analytic skills, Self-starter, Quick learner, Good public speaking and communication skills

Knowledge of Schneider Field Services Business preferred

Experience in Customer Care Center preferred.
