As a Field Service Business Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the Field Service Team with day-to-day operations, customer requests, and project coordination. This position requires strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills to ensure service jobs are estimated accurately, executed efficiently, and completed to customer satisfaction. You will interact with customers, outside sales representatives, field service technicians, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base annual salary range for this position is $50,000-$55,000 not including benefits, potential bonuses, or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. We also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
