A leading elevator and accessibility company is seeking a full time Field Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced, growing business. DME Elevators & Lifts has over 45 years of experience in residential elevators, commercial LULA elevators, wheelchair lifts, dumbwaiters and stairlifts. DME operates from three locations in Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin and with each customer, we strive for Excellence in Elevation!

Job Information

  • Job Title: Customer Service/Dispatch/Scheduler
  • City: Lisle, IL

Job Duties

  • Customer service and sales phone support
  • Daily service ticket entry
  • Daily scanning and filing of customer documents including service tickets and parts proposals.
  • Ensure integrity of customer databases (CRM and Sharepoint).
  • Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.
  • Support Maintenance Plan sales: create, send and file renewal maintenance contracts; respond to coustomer inquiries and take payments
  • Create efficient service routes for technicians
  • Create cases, service tickets, and planned maintenance visit sheets for techs
  • Make confirmation calls/emails/texts for next day appointments
  • Other assignments as business requires
