Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month + TA/DA + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

Visit retail shops and distributors to promote and sell FLORRIS products

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Achieve monthly sales targets

Collect feedback from the market and report to seniors

Identify new sales opportunities and expansion areas


Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (innerwear/GarmentsFcolour cosmetics)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region

Self-motivated and result-oriented

Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate
