We are looking for a Field Sales & Procurement Executive to manage the acquisition of pre-owned vehicles from vendors, dealers, and individual sellers. This role requires a proactive professional with strong negotiation skills, a keen eye for vehicle assessment, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor & Supplier Management
Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with vendors, used car dealers, and individual sellers.
Develop and expand a strong vendor network to ensure a consistent supply of vehicles.
Procurement & Negotiation
Conduct field visits to inspect and evaluate second-hand cars.
Negotiate pricing and purchase terms to maximize value for the company.
Ensure all legal and compliance documentation is completed before finalizing purchases.
Lead Management & Deal Closure
Manage incoming leads from various sources and convert them into successful deals.
Coordinate vehicle inspections and ensure smooth transaction closure.
Maintain accurate records of all purchases and vendor interactions.
Field Operations & Market Expansion
Travel extensively within the city to explore new procurement opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify trends and pricing benchmarks.
Act as a problem-solver to meet procurement targets efficiently.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in procurement, field sales, vendor onboarding, or automobile purchasing.
Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution (Tier-2 or above preferred).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Willingness to travel extensively and spend significant time in the field.
Prior experience in the used car industry, automotive sales, or procurement is a plus.
