Internship Overview

We are in search of enthusiastic and driven Field Sales Interns to become part of our team in Bangalore. This internship offers practical experience in the dynamic EV charging sector, with a clear pathway to a permanent position for exceptional performers.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Business, Marketing, or related field program; recent graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Self-motivated with a keen interest in learning about the sales process.
  • Knowledge of CRM software is advantageous but not mandatory.

Skills:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish connections with clients.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Resilience in handling rejection and maintaining a positive outlook in challenging scenarios
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments and shifting priorities.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Tecell’s EV charging solutions to potential clients, including businesses, property developers, and fleet operators.
  • Conduct field visits to identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with prospective customers.
  • Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of our EV charging products and services.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events, exhibitions, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.

Candidate Profile

  • Education:
    • Minimum: 12th pass (Higher Secondary) with at least 2 years of sales experience
    • OR Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (freshers or experienced)
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years in sales (for non-graduates)
    • Sales experience in infrastructure, automotive, or technology sectors is an advantage
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore and surrounding areas
Internship Details

  • Duration: 3 to 6 months
  • Stipend: Competitive; includes allowances for travel and food during field sales duties
  • Performance-Based Opportunity: Successful interns will be offered a permanent position upon satisfactory completion of the internship
