Summary

Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Location: REMOTE (Only field work)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers and make initial contact to promote the company's products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to expand sales.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Implement a sales plan to support sales and profitability goals.
  • Coordinate and lead sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and agreements to maximise profit.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or relevant role.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
