Job Title: Account Manager/Technical Sales Representative

Position Overview:
We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager/Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team and manage the established territory of Seattle Eastside and North (I5 corridor) into British Columbia, Canada. The ideal candidate will have the enthusiasm and expertise to promote multiple product lines effectively, build lasting relationships, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: Maintain and grow a strong customer base while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
· Relationship Development: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
· Sales Reporting: Provide detailed and timely sales reports to management.
· Product Promotion: Educate customers on product features, benefits, and capabilities.
· Solution Selling: Develop and present tailored solutions that align with customer design requirements and distribution partners.
· Sales Presentations: Create and deliver persuasive sales proposals to drive customer engagement and repeat business.
· Territory Coverage: Conduct in-person with customers by traveling within the to-be-designated territory.
· Sales Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through effective promotion and relationship management.
· Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to maximize growth potential.
· Market Analysis: Research into competitors’ products, pricing, and industry trends to stay competitive in the market.
· Industry Engagement: Stay abreast of industry advancements by attending meetings, training sessions, and trade events.
· Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate effectively with potential and existing customers to secure successful deals.
Qualifications:
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
· Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation abilities.
· Outstanding customer service mindset.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
· Proven experience in outside sales and account management, preferably in the electronics or technology sector.
· Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, i.e., Salesforce, Microsoft 365, MS Office,TEAMs and Zoom, Power BI, etc.
· Willingness to travel regularly within the territory and occasionally outside for customer meetings, principal visits, and industry events.
