Education:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics and Communication/Electricals/ Mechatronics (Preferably M.Tech), or a similar field.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated Field Sales Engineer with a strong techno-commercial background to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be technically adept, customer-focused, and capable of thinking outside the box to solve complex challenges. This role will act as a key technical interface between customers and our Software Development team, ensuring high-quality support and seamless solution delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and solutions to customers across the GCC Region.
  • Implement and support IDCUBE solutions at client sites.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and technical client interactions.
  • Participate in roadshows, events, and trade shows alongside the Sales Director – GCC.
  • Deliver technical trainings on IDCUBE solutions to partners and customers globally.
  • Prepare and submit technical compliance documents in response to client or project requirements.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, support, and problem resolution.
  • Collaborate with the Software Development team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including manuals, solutions, and case studies.
  • Gain hands-on experience with emerging technologies including RFID, IoT, Embedded Systems, AI, and Machine Learning.


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a Techno-Commercial role within the technology or software domain.
  • Strong knowledge of access control, identity management, or similar solutions (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage technical discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client support and events.
  • Strong documentation skills with attention to detail.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in a technical support or field engineering role.
