Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient individual to join our team as a Technical Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic prospecting, client relationship development, and effective sales strategies. This position requires a solid technical background and excellent interpersonal.


Responsibilities:

  • Prospect with Solid Technical Background & Visit Customers:
  • Utilize technical expertise to identify potential clients.
  • Conduct on-site visits to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop Customer Relationships and Maintain Market Share:
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Monitor market trends to ensure the company's continued market leadership.
  • Generate New Client Acquisition:
  • Develop and execute monthly strategies for acquiring new clients.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Techno-Commercial Offer Submission, Negotiation, Order Closing, and Sales Cycle Management:
  • Prepare comprehensive techno-commercial proposals.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from order closing to payment collection.
  • Periodical Visits to Key Customers, Business Methodology Understanding, and Competitor Analysis:
  • Conduct regular visits to key customers to enhance relationships.
  • Understand the business methodology of each customer and identify improvement methods.
  • Perform competitor analysis and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Establish Our Product, Give Live Demos at Client Premises:
  • Showcase the features and benefits of our products through live demonstrations.
  • Customize demos to address specific client needs.
  • Classify Prospective OEMs and End Users in Different Verticals:
  • Categorize potential clients based on industry verticals such as FMCG, Digital, and Infra.
  • Tailor sales approaches to meet the unique needs of each vertical.
  • Plan and Arrange Marketing Activities:
  • Organize seminars, road shows, and other marketing events.
  • Participate in industry conferences and exhibitions.
  • Prepare Visit Reports, Shodan, Forecast Maintenance, and Weekly Business Activity Reports:
  • Document visit reports for analysis and improvement.
  • Utilize tools like Shodan for market intelligence.
  • Maintain accurate business activity records and submit weekly reports.
  • Achieve Annual, Half-Yearly, and Quarterly Targets with Team:
  • Collaborate with the team to set and achieve realistic targets.
  • Monitor progress regularly and adjust strategies as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or DME in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in technical sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
