Summary

We are seeking an 'Entry Level' motivated and results-oriented Sales Rep/ Account Manager/ Business Development Associate to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our staffing services/solutions to clients in need of software talent. This role requires a blend of relationship-building skills, and a passion for technology and recruitment.


  • This is an onsite requirement only in Bay Area.
  • Must be local in Bay Area with valid employment authorization
  • Must be ready to come to client office 2-3 days a week ( 4-6 hours)
  • We are ok to start with part time as well.
  • Must be go getter and ready to build network with new prospects


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and leveraging industry events or platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their hiring needs and proposing tailored staffing solutions.
  • Sales Process: Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery calls to negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position our services effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met with high-quality candidates in a timely manner.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to the Business Development Manager.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.


  • Experience:
  • 6 month to 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in staffing, recruitment, or IT services.
  • Experience in the software or technology sector is a plus.

  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients at all levels.
  • Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Basic understanding of software development roles, technologies, and IT staffing processes.
  • Attributes:
