Position Summary

C&C Oilfield Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Pipeline Field Safety Professional to lead safety initiatives on large-scale projects in the West Texas Area.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and discuss safety programs and efforts with on-site subcontractors and C&C employees, ensuring safety is part of our culture and that all new hires have proper safety documents and information.
• Conduct documented safety and health inspections daily.
• Coordinate with Project Supervision so that necessary protective equipment and safety materials are utilized, adequate first aid materials are available.
• Collaborates with West Texas Safety Manger to develop an Emergency Action Plan and serve as primary contact for project site injury and incident notification, and investigation.
• Possess the ability to identify jobsite safety hazards and mitigate them.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance regarding safety and health requirements on site.
• Process strong communication skills, actively listen, and maintain a mild temper to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Conduct Project Safety "Toolbox" meetings with all C&C employees daily.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience working pipeline safety on large scale projects.
• Ability to investigate/report on injuries/illnesses/near misses and perform other various safety functions on-site.
• Ability to work with all construction groups- management, owners, trades and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid Driver’s License with ability to pass a Driving Background Check to utilize a company vehicle. – No personal vehicle’s or allowances.
• Bi-lingual: English/Spanish - REQUIRED
