Overview:

This position requires regular travel to job sites and on-site presence to ensure safety standards are met across all projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily construction activities for compliance with OSHA and company rules/policies and enforce safety protocols on active job sites
• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards
• Assist with developing and updating safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
• Collaborate with HSE Manager to investigating accidents and incidents, compiling reports, and recommending corrective actions
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety activities and compliance
• Travel to various project sites is required to ensure hands-on safety oversight
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field (preferred)
• OSHA certification or equivalent safety certifications (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on safety
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
