Responsibilities

  • Perform in-depth analysis of failed Philips Hue lighting products to identify root causes.
  • Document findings comprehensively and generate clear reports, including Pareto analyses, highlighting key product issues.
  • Work closely with the Quality team to identify, classify, and track emerging failure modes.
  • Recommend targeted improvements to enhance product reliability and performance.
  • Evaluate user experience data to pinpoint usability gaps and suggest actionable enhancements for increased customer satisfaction.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and support ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Completed MBO education in Technical Engineering with a concentration in Electronics or ICT Hardware.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proven problem-solving abilities.
  • A basic understanding of LED technology and smart, internet-connected devices.
  • Clear and effective communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bonus points for hands-on experience in product testing, troubleshooting, or quality analysis.
