Advanced degrees preferred but not necessary * Experience in plasma etch, strip or related field is required * Excellent data analysis skills, including numerical and statistical analysis of data, treatment of experimental errors and graphical presentation of diverse (potentially multidimensional) datasets * Cross functional communication and co-ordination skills to manage complex projects * This position requires generation of reports, presentations and technical papers * Must be able to work independently under deadline pressure in a highly dynamic environment * Must be able to work safely in a semiconductor fab environment containing high-energy machinery and hazardous gases * Must be able and willing to travel to customer sites for on-site process support (20-30%)
