Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Operations Supervisor. Our office located in Texarkana, TX, but our Supervisors will be on the project site. The Field Operations Supervisor will oversee daily field operations, manage field service teams, ensure customer satisfaction, and coordinate with various subcontractors for smooth project execution. This role involves hands-on supervision of field crews, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and managing operational tasks to meet project deadlines.
