Company Description

We are medium sized Water and Wastewater treatment utility located in Mingo County WV. We provide potable water to approximately 4700 customers throughout Mingo, Logan, and Wayne counties, and wastewater treatment to some of our customers in Mingo County.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Operations Supervisor at Mingo County Public Service District located in Naugatuck, WV. The Field Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing field operations, managing field service teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing operational strategies to optimize efficiency. You will be involved in all aspects of our water treatment, wastewater treatment, and distributions systems maintenance and repairs.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and motivate teams
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the utility industry
• WV Water or Wastewater Operators licenses are not required, but are a plus.
• Experience running equipment is a plus.
