About The Job :

We are looking for a highly skilled Field Operations Supervisor to join our team. The selected

candidate will be responsible for lead governorates area with more teams who`s conducting customer field inquiries, collecting monthly installments, and delivering company-issued "HalanCard" to designated customers, train the team and raise the efficiency of work, for ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

To ensure success as a field Operations

Specialist, you should have experience with Lending, and the ability to multitask. A top-notch manager provides strong guidance and assistance to the team, ultimately boosting company portfolio.

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

Ø Lead (2:5) teams.

Ø Ability to train the subordinates.

Ø Make accumulative report (weekly & monthly) for his area.

Ø Coordinate between sales & field team leads.

Ø Conduct field inquiries on customers before granting financing, ensuring they meet the required criteria.

Ø Collect monthly installments from customers on due dates in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Ø Deliver the Halan Card to designated customers and ensure proper receipt.

Ø Prepare periodic reports on field operations and provide

recommendations to management.

Ø Handle customer inquiries and complaints during field operations

and escalate issues when necessary.

Ø Ensure compliance with quality and occupational safety standards during field activities.

Required skills and qualifications:

Ø Bachelor’s degree

Ø (4:7) years’ work experience In Financial services Sector & Microfinance background

Ø Good command of spoken and written English.

Ø Communication, Time Management, and Customer Service Skills.

Ø Flexibility, Integrity, Enthusiasm towards work, High Confidentiality.

Ø Maximum age is 50 years
