We are looking for a Field Operations Manager to oversee our residential and commercial projects, and provide support to the overall operations of the business. The ideal candidate should have prior insulation or general construction experience, excellent communication skills, and a history of successfully managing people and projects. Duties & Responsibilities Oversight of scheduling and quality control of all insulation projects Management of essential materials and supplies Management and hiring of necessary labor, related training and coaching Ownership of operational expenses and forecasting Address customer complaints and concerns, provide resolutions Lead communications across operations, admin and sales teams Qualifications 3+ years of insulation or other general construction experience Knowledge of various insulation products (fiberglass, cellulose, various foam, etc.) Experience forecasting material and labor costs, basic math skills Prior experience managing multiple projects and groups of people High school diploma Driver’s license Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: Employee discount Paid time off Professional development assistance Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
