🌞 Field Operations Manager – Solar (Utility-Scale) | Remote + Travel (50%)

We’re partnering with a leading renewable energy developer and EPC to find a Field Operations Manager to oversee large-scale, self-perform solar construction projects across the U.S.

This is a key leadership role driving quality, safety, and performance in the field - and the ideal fit is someone who thrives in fast-paced, utility-scale environments and has a track record of building high-performing site teams.

🔧 What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead field execution across multiple utility-scale solar projects
• Oversee project craft plans and ensure timely project mobilization
• Manage scheduling, budgeting, and progress tracking
• Collaborate with Superintendents to enforce safety, QA/QC, and environmental standards
• Support preconstruction activities including reviews of estimates, drawings, and ITPs
• Conduct audits, resolve issues, and ensure projects stay aligned with scope, budget, and timelines
• Champion safe work culture, conduct hazard analyses, and promote continuous improvement
• Build and maintain client relationships while mentoring and developing internal teams

🧠 What You Bring:

• 10+ years of renewable energy construction experience
• 7+ years in a leadership/supervisory role
• Strong understanding of safety (OSHA), quality systems (ISO, QMS), and project controls
• Skilled in MS Project, Primavera, and project budgeting tools
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction (preferred)
• Willingness to travel 50% + domestically

💰 Compensation:

• $175,000 - $250,000+ estimated first-year cash comp
