Our west Houston construction client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Operations Administrator to provide essential administrative support to the Field Operations Management Team, including the VP of Operations, Area Superintendents, and Project Controls Manager. This position plays a vital role in the successful execution and compliance of company policies, procedures, and project management processes—particularly those involving Procore, our collaborative project management software.
Key Responsibilities:
Procore Administration & Compliance
Serve as the primary point of contact for all field-related Procore support needs.
Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing guidance to field personnel on company-specific Procore policies and procedures.
Set up new projects within Procore and ensure proper configuration in alignment with company standards.
Conduct regular audits of active projects to evaluate and report on Procore compliance.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to identify potential issues and areas of noncompliance.
Remain up to date on evolving Procore functionalities and ensure internal processes reflect best practices.
Manage periodic system maintenance and updates to Procore environments as needed.
Administrative Support
Support the implementation and compliance of field operations policies and procedures.
Collaborate closely with the Field Operations Manager and Project Controls Manager to ensure process consistency
Provide documentation, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making by upper management.
Assist with occasional job site visits to evaluate training needs and ensure field-level software compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency with Procore project management software is required.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to communicate effectively with team members at all levels, from field staff to executive leadership.
Comfortable presenting training sessions and guiding others in software best practices.
Preferred Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
Industry certifications (e.g., Procore Certified, PMP) are a plus.
Prior experience in construction project coordination or field operations support is highly desirable.
