• Oversee daily operations across multiple client sites
• Supervise, brief, and inspect security guards
• Handle client escalations, resolve issues proactively
• Ensure compliance with deployment and attendance protocols
• Submit timely reports and incident updates

• Minimum 4-5 years of field experience in security operations
• Must have a two-wheeler (Fuel allowance provided)
• Good communication in Kannada, Hindi, and basic English
• Strong leadership and reporting skills
• Ready to be on-call for emergencies and night inspections
  

• ₹38,000 fixed salary + ₹5,000 fuel allowance
• Performance-based incentives
• Growth path to Senior Field Officer / Operations Manager
• Training + structured field management system
