Summary

An experienced Field Marketing Manager to join our global Marketing & Demand Generation team. The Field Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize regional marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and customer acquisition and engagement to generate growth opportunities. Will be responsible for the marketing plan for APAC, which involves being closely aligned with the local sales needs and demonstrating a solid understanding of the Indian and Malaysian market trends .A strategic thinker with strong execution skills who can add value to the global marketing strategy while ensuring local organic growth to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate also has a creative mind that allows him/her to apply innovative ideas to business strategies and create compelling and engaging marketing campaigns.


Regional Marketing Strategy:


- Implement the global strategy at a local level by developing region-specific marketing initiatives that align with overall company goals and drive demand for Billennium's IT services and solutions.

- Analyze regional market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and bring feedback to the global team.

Campaign Execution:

- Plan and execute targeted field marketing campaigns to generate demand and build relationships with potential clients, including events, webinars, workshops, roadshows, etc.

- In coordination with the corporate Marketing & Demand Gen team, drive lead generation efforts by executing regional demand generation programs, such as digital marketing, email campaigns, and content syndication.

- Collaborate with demand gen, content creators, sales, and partner teams to create marketing programs that resonate with regional audiences.

- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, analyzing metrics to optimize future initiatives and ensure a high return on investment (ROI).

Sales Enablement:

- Work closely with regional sales teams to develop marketing materials and tools that support sales efforts and improve conversion rates.

- Provide sales teams with insights and feedback from field marketing activities to refine messaging and sales approaches.

Event Management:

- Lead the planning and execution of regional events, including trade shows, conferences, and client meetings, ensuring they are on-brand and achieve business goals.

- Manage all aspects of event logistics, including coordination of providers, budget management, lead generation efforts, and post-event follow-up.

- Research key events, get aligned with the Business Unit teams, and maintain the regional event calendar.


PR & Content Creation:


- Align with the corporate PR team and local resources to align, influence and execute PR and social media activities, both organic and paid.

- Develop local success stories and case studies following the corporate process.

- Translate and localize corporate assets.

Channel Marketing:

- Build and maintain relationships with key regional partners, industry associations, allies, and influencers to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

- Collaborate with the global channel marketing team to run local co-marketing initiatives and campaigns with our global partners.

Budget Management:

- Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and aligned with the company's financial objectives.

- Monitor spending, forecast future budget needs, and report on budget performance to the Marketing Strategy Manager.

Reporting & Analytics:

- Create and manage generic business reports on campaign results, lead qualification, and opportunity status, Salesforce follow-up, the profitability of events and other marketing actions, and fulfillment of objectives.

- Manage specific reports on web traffic in Google Analytics by applying custom filters to analyze the local audiences.



- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. IT studies will be a plus.

- 10+ years of experience(APAC) in field marketing, B2B marketing, or related roles, preferably within the IT services or technology industry.

- Experience working for the APAC regions and in-depth knowledge of these markets. Especially for India and Malaysia.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful regional marketing campaigns and events.

- Experience working with sales teams and understanding of the sales process.

- Understanding of the IT service delivery process and solutions.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

- Proficiency in market research and data analysis.

- Analytical mindset to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.

- Proficiency in Salesforce, marketing automation tools (Pardot), Google Analytics and LinkedIn.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.

- Experience in the pharmaceutical, public sector, and finance industries will be a plus.
