A leading European software company specializing in Business Process Management (BPM) and Workflow Automation is expanding into the North American market — and hiring a Field Marketing Manager in Boston to drive regional growth.


This is a high-impact role for a hands-on, strategic marketer who thrives in dynamic environments and is excited to build and shape regional marketing efforts from the ground up.

🔑 Your Role: Field Marketing Manager, North America

As part of the global Growth Marketing team, you’ll lead and execute regional marketing programs to support demand generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement across the U.S. You’ll work cross-functionally with global teams and closely align with sales to ensure measurable pipeline impact in one of the company’s most important growth regions.


🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Local Market Strategy: Define and localize marketing initiatives to align with the unique characteristics and buyer behaviors of the U.S. market.
  • Event Marketing: Own planning, execution, and ROI tracking for industry events, tradeshows, and local customer meetups — driving engagement and leads.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Collaborate with Sales and Global Marketing Ops to develop targeted ABM campaigns for high-value accounts.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip Sales with localized messaging, collateral, and customer insights to accelerate deal cycles and improve win rates.
  • Partner & Channel Marketing: Co-market with strategic partners to expand reach, generate leads, and boost joint visibility.
  • Content Localization: Tailor global messaging and marketing assets to resonate with North American audiences.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global teams to align initiatives with company-wide goals and ensure operational efficiency.


What You Bring

  • 5+ years of B2B field marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software
  • Proven success driving demand generation and marketing-sourced revenue
  • Strong experience managing events and executing customer-facing marketing programs
  • Knowledge and hands-on involvement with ABM strategies and tools
  • Collaborative mindset with strong communication and project management skills
  • Data-driven approach with experience using Salesforce and ABM platforms
  • Deep understanding of the North American B2B landscape and buying dynamics
