This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Engineer, located in Houston, TX. The Field Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and field service to customers. Day-to-day tasks will include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include managing projects, reporting on service activities, and collaborating with other departments to improve service delivery.
