Description
Supervise and inspect construction activities to ensure they comply with project plans, specifications, and quality standards Perform quality control and monitor work progress and report any deviations from the project schedule Implement and enforce quality control procedures on the construction site Conduct inspections, tests, and evaluations to ensure work meets specified quality Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure they adhere to project requirements Promote and enforce safety protocols on the construction site to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment. Prepare daily progress reports that include work accomplished, issues encountered, and labor and equipment usage Document changes and requests from the owner-Keep photographic records, calculate daily, weekly, and monthly quantities Assist in site layout and surveying activities to ensure accurate positioning of structures, utilities, and other project elements Manage and distribute construction documents, such as drawings, specifications, and revisions, to the appropriate teams and subcontractors Maintain records of as-built drawings and revisions made in the field Collaborate with office engineers and design professionals to address construction-related issues and clarify design intent Relay field observations and feedback to the office for necessary adjustments

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
