We’re seeking a detail-oriented Field Engineer to support the successful delivery of K-12 school construction projects. In this role, you’ll work closely with the project team to ensure accurate documentation, field coordination, and technical support. You’ll assist with layout, RFI and submittal tracking, quality control, and daily reporting—playing a key part in keeping the project moving smoothly and efficiently on the ground.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in construction principles, with a passion for learning and growing in the field. Experience or familiarity with educational facilities—especially K-12— is a plus, particularly with the coordination challenges of working on active campuses or with phased schedules. Your role will include supporting site logistics planning, subcontractor coordination, and ensuring work is completed per plans and specs.
