Field Engineer – Heavy Civil Construction

A well-established construction company is seeking an experienced Field Engineer to assist with field operations and ensure the smooth execution of projects. This is a great opportunity to contribute to large-scale heavy civil projects and develop your career in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with interpreting drawings and specifications for field crews
• Perform quantity calculations and track material progress
• Prepare work plans and job hazard analyses (JHA’s)
• Support the Superintendent in managing field operations
• Compile daily labor timesheets and T&M MURK packages
• Coordinate material deliveries and supervise field operations
• Participate in safety reviews, toolbox meetings, and jobsite progress meetings

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in field engineering or related roles
• Knowledge of heavy civil construction processes and safety protocols
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
