You Are:

You Have:

• Experience on: Broadcast Environments with an AV Focus


• Ability to: climb ladders, use power tools & hand tools, lift 50 lbs.


• A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.


• Driving: Valid License, Clean record, reliable transportation (your own vehicle)

• Our Office: 5215 Central Ave., Suite A Richmond, CA 94804


• Projects & Clients are located in the surrounding area

Your Schedule:

• Full Time (40hrs/Wk)


• Mon-Fri from 9am to 6pm

Troubleshooting, repair, configure, adjust:

• Broadcast and AV Solutions


• Conferencing


• DSPs and Audio


• LED video walls and controllers


• Control systems


• Connectors and cables

General Functions:

• Client Support: onsite, remote, email, phone


• Service Orders: Complete & Document


• Field Documentation: Maintain & Update


• De-install/install system components


• System Trainings: Provide as needed


• Vendors: Support, Info, RMA's

Certs & Skills

• REQUIRED: Driver's License & Your Own Vehicle


• Technical support & customer service (Broadcast AV)


• Network AV Systems (AV over IP, ST-2110, NDI, SDI)


• Control System Programming (QSC, Crestron)


• LED Video Walls (Novastar, Christie, Leyard, Planar)


• Networking (CompTIA Network+, CCNA)


• DSP (QSC, Biamp, or Dante)


• OSHA 10


• CTS
