Our scope of services include robotic system design, hardware & software procurement, tailor-made robotic application development, robotic system integration, as well as commercial robotics system consultation.
The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
對客戶提出的技術問題進行故障診斷和排除,提供專業的技術支持
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues raised by customers, providing professional technical support
收集和分析客戶使用反饋,並向相關部門提出改進建議
Collect and analyze customer feedback, and propose improvement suggestions to relevant departments.
編寫安裝、調試和維修等技術文檔,記錄工作過程和解決方案. Prepare technical documentation for installation, commissioning, and maintenance, recording work processes and solutions.
制定合理的實施計劃,並按完成工作任務,配合客户經理完成銷售指標
Develop reasonable implementation plans, complete tasks as assigned, and assist account managers in achieving sales targets.
Ideal Profile
You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
You have at least 2 years experience, ideally within a Engineering or Helpdesk / Technical Support role.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teams
You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
