Job Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• OSHA 10 preferred but will certify, if necessary, upon hire
• Experience of 2 -5 years
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, schedules, and other construction documents
• We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Field Coordinator that will monitor field service activities for an organization.
• Create and maintain three-week look ahead schedules in accordance with the project management schedule.
• Supervise construction efforts to verify project is in accordance with schedule.
• Provide general support, perform on-site services and coordinate field workers.
• Liaising with clients, taking part in organization meetings, and overseeing logistics.
• Maintains project safety, cleanliness, and appearance at all times
• Coordinates, observes, and manages the trade professionals to ensure all work is performed in a quality manner.
• Communicates daily with Project Manager(s), Superintendents, Site Supervisor and/or VP of Construction
• Manages and coordinates activities of assistant site staff including self-performing labor crews.
• Effectively manages manpower and materials delivery for self-performing crews in accordance with master schedule.

• Reliable transportation is a must
• Ability to complete projects unsupervised and problem solve when necessary
• Ability to work both as a team player and individually

Schedule: 8-hour shift Monday to Friday with potential weekly and weekend overtime
