Position Overview: We are excited to offer an immediate opportunity for a motivated Field Coordinator to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and have a keen eye for detail, essential for overseeing construction sites and coordinating between our production team and on-site operations. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about the construction industry and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Measure and assess new home construction sites, ensuring accurate framing around stair openings and coordinating necessary paperwork with Production Control. Coordinate installation job site operations, ensuring all activities comply with Artistic Stairs Ltd. Company Safety Policy. Assist in establishing and maintaining project schedules, including start, progress, and completion dates. Conduct quality control checks on job sites to ensure the highest standards of service and craftsmanship. Prepare and submit detailed, accurate daily reports on project progress. Maintain effective communication with relevant parties to ensure smooth coordination between Production Control, job site operations, and subcontractors/vendors. Handle material deliveries and manage site-specific needs as required. Regularly review and evaluate each job site to ensure alignment with project plans and standards. Qualifications: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Comprehensive understanding of blueprint reading. Previous experience in the home building, construction, or manufacturing industry is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a strong team-oriented mindset. Proven experience supervising multiple personnel across various construction sites. Punctual, efficient, and passionate about working in the home building industry. A strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and quality in every project.
