Field application engineer is a critical role in regional customer support. Who will connect BG and GSM, makes hardware or software tools to make the products easy to use, and provide good user experience for our customers, also provide urgent timely support to solve local customer issue, provide good product using experience, and help drive the business growth.

What You Will Do  Accountable to drive design wins in their target accounts, drive high power products (including GaN,SiC,IGBT,High-voltage MOSFET, PMICs) DINs and DWINs in alpha customers  Recognize assigned customer’s R&D organization, successfully builds close relationship with customer key R&D, test and other technical teams, to catch every design-in opportunity, drive customer visits for technical product presentations, demonstrations, and value proposition deployment  Actively follow up customer project design process until design-win, regularly update project progress and take prompt response to project change and customer request to secure the win
