The Opportunity:

We’re seeking a Field Application Engineer on behalf of our client, a leader in critical power solutions. They are seeking someone passionate about powering customer success through smart technical solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Support OEM/ODM customer engagements and win early design-in projects.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver customized solutions.
• Create and deliver technical field training materials.
• Communicate with global HQ teams and manage project timelines.
• Analyze market trends and recommend cutting-edge application strategies.
• Handle field testing, validation, and installations for data center hardware and power systems.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years in a Field Applications Engineer or Solutions Engineer role.
• Strong experience with data center hardware and power electronics.
• Results-driven, a strong communicator, and a fast learner.
• Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus.
