Base is looking for a Field Application Engineer to help oversee permitting, installations, and ongoing quality control for Base's battery fleet in Dallas-Fort Worth.

Responsibilities:

• All in-field activities inclusive of the following:
• Field service coordination (ticket tracking, scheduling, driving to resolution)
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing field failures while interfacing with electricians
• Determining and documenting rework path forward
• Commissioning support
• Inspection failure resolution
• Onboarding and facilitating training of new installer crews
• Planning out fleet wide reworks
• Meeting with inspectors and AHJs
• Understand Base hardware, general electrical principles, NEC Codes
  

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevant work experience

• Degree or minor in engineering
