Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the sourcing, selection, and specification of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) for residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.
2. Prepare FF&E presentations, mood boards, material palettes, and sample boards to support design concepts.
3. Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and procurement teams to obtain quotes, lead times, and product information.
4. Ensure that FF&E selections align with project budgets, schedules, design intent, and quality standards.
5. Conduct site visits for installation oversight, punch lists, and quality control of FF&E deliveries and setups.
6. Maintain and update FF&E schedules, documentation, and inventory lists for all project phases.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Furniture Design, or any related field.
2. 2–3 years of experience supporting FF&E design and procurement for architectural or interior design projects.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), and Microsoft Office.
4. Strong knowledge of furniture design, materials, finishes, and vendor resources.
5. Understanding of procurement processes, budgeting, and project coordination.
6. Ability to prepare and review detailed FF&E packages, specifications, and installation documentation.
