An exciting opportunity for an experienced QC Manager to join a fast-growing federal contracting team delivering civil infrastructure projects across the Indo-Pacific region. Work with U.S. federal clients such as NAVFAC, USACE, and AFCEC on high-impact construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement project-specific Quality Control Plans
• Conduct inspections using the 3-phase QC system
• Ensure contract compliance and reduce rework through proactive oversight
• Coordinate third-party testing and audit activities
• Review submittals, manage RFIs, and track non-conformance issues
• Maintain strong client relationships while protecting company interests

Requirements:

• 5+ years of QC experience on U.S. federal construction projects ($10M+)
• Experience managing QC teams/programs (NAVFAC, USACE, etc.)
• CQM certification (or obtain within 30 days)
• OSHA 30 (or obtain within 30 days)
• Strong communication skills; fluent in English
• Able to pass background check; security clearance preferred
• Experience with military airfield paving a plus
