Position:
Federal Contracts Specialist
Job Description:
This job will be entail management and support of Federal Contract Vehicles totaling $250M including contract administration, pricing and term modifications, audit and assessment support.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Helps to Manage the program administration, compliance and support of our internal GSA, and BPA contracts (ESI).
* Trains and educates sales account teams and other internal stakeholders on contractual requirements and processes.
* Contract price list catalog updates/refreshes
* Manages ESI contracts and their commercial price list, maintain contracts and pay DOD admin fees.
* Reports ESI BPA sales back to the DOD on a quarterly basis.
* Ensures timely completion of BPA contract administrative activities (e.g., reporting requirements, contract fee remittance, program management reviews, etc.)
* Creates analytical reports to show clients what changes have occurred to their commercial price list(s) through our internal system iPLM system
* Speaks directly to the OEMs and to the GSA contracting specialist and contracting officers on behalf of them.
* Prepares and submits price list changes and new manufacturers and propose pricing and terms and conditions to federal government to GSA via the GSA eMod system.
* Maintains monthly metrics for key activities on GSA contracts and BPA contracts.
* Collaborates with sales leaders to help suppliers maintain good standing on contracts.
* Implements and manages company policies with respect to contract administration.
* Participates in internal and external trainings to stay up to date on major program/contract changes and government initiatives.
What We Are Looking For:
* 1-2 years of related experience
* Strong knowledge of excel including pivot tables and formulas
* Experience with government contracts is a plus
* Excellent time management and communication skills
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid: 2 days in office/3days work from home

This role will perform work covered by International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Viable candidates for this position must be eligible for an export license or be a U.S. Person (which includes but is not limited to U.S. citizens or nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees).
Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$84,000.00 - $93,500.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
