What will you do?

• Work closely with Delivery Leads, Platform Engineers and other technical consultants in the Delivery Team on a day-to-day basis to deliver the assessment, design, migrate, test and optimization of monitoring solutions and technical operations capabilities to the required quality, services cost and timelines. Your focus should be on the technical implementation, ongoing solution suitability and mitigation of any risks or issues that arise during the delivery of the in-house development of monitoring solution.
• Ability to understand and further explain complex technical concepts to DEV team with detailed and atomic requirements.
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge on Designing and development of providing standard interface to integrate with other applications.
• 5+ yrs experience in a delivery technical solutions role where you were responsible for consultative/complex technical deployment or migration projects, architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications.
• Strong knowledge in Network Design and Implementation of Telecom network
• Knowledge of software applications and business tools such as MS Project, MS Excel, Access, Smart Sheets, Visio etc.BI Tools like Oracle BI, Tableau.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence is preferred

Job Requirement

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge on Designing and development of providing standard interface to integrate with other applications.
• 5+ yrs experience in a delivery technical architect role where you were responsible for consultative/complex technical deployment or migration projects, architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications.
• Deep understanding of Application, Infrastructure and security architecture and non-functional aspects like Performance, Scalability, Reliability, Availability etc.
• Strong knowledge in Network Design and Implementation of Telecom network
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Service-Mesh, Identity and Access Management, Knowledge of/ microservices architecture and ability to design for scale and resiliency
• Experience in build and design of REST API’s and custom-microservices.
• Knowledge of software applications and business tools such as MS Project, MS Excel, Access, Smart Sheets, Visio etc.BI Tools like Oracle BI, Tableau.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence is preferred
• Understanding of data analytics concepts and applications.
• Familiarity with AI concepts
  
  

Skill Set

• Knowledge of Counters, KPIs, alarms, Logs from Telecom Nodes
• Knowledge for node integration for alarms with Fault Management, particularly in SNMP(v2/v3), Webhook, websocket based Fault Management Integration
• Knowledge and experience with SFTP, REST API based Performance Management Integration of Telecom Nodes with PM Solution
• Experience with Prometheus, Cortex, Grafana tools, Kafka, and SQL server.
• Extensive experience on Kafka, Apache Spark, Flink, ELK stack, Grafana, Kibana and other open-source monitoring tools.
• Kube State Metrics, Kubernetes events, Logs based FM
• Understanding of different level of PM Counters/KPI/Aggregation/SLAs and basic operational requirements of Network element
