  • User-Centric Design: Champion a user-centric design approach, advocating for the needs and preferences of Chinese users while balancing with global design standards and brand guidelines. Prioritize user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and ensure relevance to the local market.
  • Design Excellence: Drive design excellence and innovation across all touchpoints, including product interfaces, packaging, branding, and communication materials, with a keen focus on authenticity and cultural sensitivity to appeal to the Chinese audience.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the design budget for the China market, optimizing resources and investments to maximize impact and ROI, with a particular emphasis on allocating resources towards understanding and addressing local market needs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, partners, and external agencies, to communicate design strategies, solicit feedback, and gain alignment on design initiatives, highlighting the importance of local insights in driving business success in the Chinese market.
